Big Ambitions Importers Guide – Cheap Goods with Purchasing Agents
In Big Ambitions, the cheapest way to source goods for sale or raw materials for factory production is through importers. When you start the game, the profit margin on products you buy from wholesalers is low. Later on, or after taking out a bank loan, if you rent a warehouse, set up a Headquarters, and hire a Purchasing Agent, you can buy goods from these importers at a much lower price.
In this article, you will learn which products importers sell, how to set up a partnership, and how the repeating Smart Delivery system works.
Where Are Importers Located?
Importers are lined up next to each other near the water. Check the list below for the product you need, then contact these companies through a Purchasing Agent and place an order.
How to Partnership with Importers
During business hours, you need to go to the importer you want to partner with and speak with the Import Manager. To do this, you need a Headquarters and an available Purchasing Agent.
Sit in the office chair and start the conversation. Click the New Partnership button. Then the Purchasing Agent selection screen will appear. Choose a Purchasing Agent there and click Accept to start working together.
The Purchasing Agent can now buy products from this importer for the warehouse.
Placing an Order from an Importer and Repeating Orders
Open the BizMan app, click Headquarters on the right, then click the Purchasing Agents section there. Click the Purchasing Agent.
The products supplied by the company will be listed below. You need to enter the quantity to order and, under Designated Warehouse, select the warehouse where the purchased products will be stored.
At the top, Repeating Order lets you place the same order every week. If you select Smart Delivery just below it, only the amount that has dropped below the quantity you entered will be supplied. That way the warehouse does not keep filling up endlessly.
When you click Order, your order is created.
On Which Day Are Orders Delivered?
Your orders are delivered on Monday at 8:00 AM. If you cannot cover the price of the materials you ordered, automatic and repeating orders are canceled.
